Brady
Thompson
Brady is a hard throwing right-handed
pitcher that hits left. Coaches Thompson, Beatty and Jeskey also
have Brady playing Shortstop when not on the hill. In the fall Brady
is a shifty running back and run-stopping linebacker on the football
team. In the wintertime Brady is busy on the basketball court where
he is getting comparisons to NBA great Chuck “The Rifleman” Persons.
In his off time you can find Brady mastering the PS2. Brady will be
entering the 5th grade this fall and is the son of April and Bryan
Thompson. |
Cole
Thompson
Coach Scott Sanders has Cole playing
catcher and utility on the Oliver Insurance Town League team. When
not in the weight room or studying film on his opponents you can
find Cole shooting hoops, riding bikes or playing video games. Cole,
8, will be going into the 3rd grade this fall and plans on adding
football to his list of activities. Cole is the son of April and
Bryan Thompson. |

Mike
Bellerive - Class of 1991
Old school in the truest form, Mike was both a
Three Rivers league warrior for the Cougs as both and TE and Punter.
Mike was also an all league selection on the defensive side of the
ball as well. Besides football, Mike was league founder/commissioner
of the Gladiator Basketball League at Canby High. Mike went on to
play football at PSU and finishing up his career at Linfield
College. Mike is currently in the marketing department for the
Seattle Sonics and WNBA champs, Storm.
Flint "The Missile" Holland - Class of 1991
Another throwback, Flint, a middle linebacker with
"Ray Lewis" like skills without the rap sheet, Flint helped anchor a
Cougar program win back to back league titles. Flint was also an All
League long snapper. He has also participated in track as well,
where he threw the javelin about 48 feet. Flint went on to lead the
Pacific University to an 0-9 record his freshman year before
transferring to Eastern Oregon due to PU dropping its program. Flint
is currently the long snapper coach for the West Linn 7th graders. |
