What affects the price of
insurance?
Where you live
Generally, urban areas
have a higher rate of accidents, theft and vandalism
then those in those in more rural settings which
means urban drivers typically pay more for
insurance.
Age, sex and marital status
Older and/or married
drivers pay less then young single drivers as a
rule.
How much you drive
Typically the more you
drive on a daily basis along with what your vehicle
is used for will make a difference in your rate.
Driving record
Those drivers with either
tickets or accidents will pay more then drivers with
clean records.
Credit history
Studies have shown that
credit history is a powerful predictor of future
auto insurance losses. Many insurance companies
consider certain credit characteristics in addition
to many other factors when determining an
individual's rate.

What are my coverage and deductible
options?
What is a deductible?
A deductible is the part
of a covered loss that you have agreed
to pay out-of-pocket.
If you file a claim
against your insurance, you will pay
only the amount of the deductible.
When choosing a
deductible, you must decide how much you
would be willing and able to pay
out-of-pocket, if you had to file a
claim.
Higher deductibles
typically mean lower premiums.
Who does my auto insurance policy cover?
An Auto Insurance policy
typically covers:
·
You and your spouse
·
Relatives who live in your home
·
Other licensed drivers who have
permission to drive your insured
vehicle.

Automobile Insurance Coverage's:
Liability
Liability coverage
protects you from having to deplete your
assets to pay for damages if you're held
responsible for injuries or damages
arising from a car accident.
Auto liability coverage
falls into two categories:
1.
Bodily Injury Liability
- protects you if you are held responsible for injuring someone in a car
accident. This coverage helps pay for the injured party's medical expenses
and lost wages. Bodily injury liability may also help pay your expenses in a
related lawsuit. The amount covered is capped at the limits on your auto
insurance policy.
2. Property Damage Liability
- protects you if you are held responsible for damaging someone else's property
in a car accident. Property damage coverage helps you reimburse another person
for their damaged property (such as a car, a fence, or a home). This type of
auto insurance coverage also helps pay your expenses in a related lawsuit. The
amount covered by property damage liability is capped at the limit you choose
when you buy your auto insurance policy.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
This coverage pays the
reasonable and necessary medical
expenses for covered persons for
